Modify 8.351 to look like 8.392....

Does anyone know whether or not it is possible (by switching files around) to change the color scheme of 8.351 to look like 8.392?

I installed 8.392 when it was offered for my 730 RMA replacement unit. I liked the color scheme and new icon look but it had icons that were not applicable and not working for the non-work maps. I subsequently changed back to 8.351.

Can it be done or is it just a pipe dream?

Its a heck of a lot of work involving a custom menu and bmp files for each icon, having spent a few hours "playing" with this system I gave up on it and the end result looked a mess, its simply not worth the effort - Mike

Thanks Mike. As the expert you are on the TomTom I will take your word as gospel. I figured it was worth a try.
