Mise a jour impossible

Bonjour à tous et bonne et heureuse année

voila , quand j'allume mon tom tom sur l'écran on m'indique de le brancher sur pc.
Quand je le branche avec le câble usb d'origine, il s'allume et s'éteint constamment, donc impossible de le connecter.
J'ai changer le cable usb mais idem.

If your GPS turns on and then immediately turns off, you have a problem with your battery or cable.

Try charging your GPS on a mains charger.
Try with another cable.

What model of GPS do you have exactly?
