Mile Markers or Mileposts on TomTom

I am curious if anyone knows how this could be done, or if there is an addon for this. I have an excel file that has the GPS coordinates for every milemarker in my home state, would it be possible to somehow create a file, or a way that the TomTom would have the mileposts for the highways? I travel around my state quite a bit, and we use these as guidelines for where we go and where we are a lot.

If you have the Lat/ Long and a name for each marker then its easy to turn this data into a POI file that the device can use, how many entries have you got in the file and can you post the first couple of lines so we can see the format of the data? - Mike
