I have been giving TT my map updates since last year and have not received any updates from anyone. Does this mean there are none? Also do other TT users have to show changes in my area? How does it all work? Any info would be helpful.

Lately there haven't been any updates.
I'm not sure if this means mapshare is behind verfiying all these corrections since there are many more people with new Tom Toms because of holiday.
I've still been sending corrections left and right everyday fixing little erros such as moving POI locations on the map.

hmmm...I logged in yesterday doing my regular gpsfix fix and got some mapshare updates and for the first time some poi updates.

I do that about once a week and almost always there are mapshare updates, but previously never any poi updates.

just logged in again seconds ago and there are again map updates, but no Poi updates.

I am in KY. I have subcribed to every Poi as well and nothing. Maybe no one in my area is adament as I am.

I'm in nova scotia. I have all the allowable settings checked and subscribe to all pois. I do see some new poi's nearby that have been uploaded by another user on this forum. (shadow)

as mentioned, yesterday was the first time I saw any poi updates and those must have been downloaded then.

where you are shouldn't matter. the criteria would be the map, not the area you live in. so thereotically you should be getting what I'm getting.

if you add a steet name in your area, that should show up on my map even though I'm way up here in NS. after all I might find myself in your neck of the woods sometime.

Yep, I've seen updates in MapShare that I have downloaded. What those updates were, I have no idea because I've not got a clue how to determine what changes were made.

I haven't gotten any POI updates in about a week but have received a few map updates. I have personally sent in quite a few POI updates as others have said they have sent some in.

Yeah I haven't received any poi updates recently either. I've been correcting at least 5 POIs a day. I also did get some map updates.
