Map updates for Logan Reserve, Queensland Australia

Hi,
I have a TomTom navigation device and reside Westringia Court in Logan Reserve, Queensland. Although I have paid a subscription service I have noticed the street names have not been updated. In the 3 years I've been in the location I have not seen any TomTom gps vehicles driving around to record and update their maps so consumers like I can be accurately guided to the specific house number and street of their destination.

Is there a way of communicating this to the map maker?
