Is one called a different name than the other? (has to be as you can't have 2 with the precise name).
Use Explorer to see the contents of the map folders. You should be able to tell by the date which is older. Move that folder to the computer.
Also, when you do look at the contents of the map folders, you'll see a file ending in the extension .pna. It's a text file. Look at the contents with Notepad and it shows you info about the map.
For example, my Western_Europe.pna shows this:

830
build=2305
The 830 refers to the version. Obviously, newer is better.
