Map Share Isn't Available

Hi,

First the equipment:

TomTom VIA 1605 RV
MyDriveConnect 3.3.0.1812
Map 9.40.5988

Everything is up to date. I cannot however, get MAP SHARE to work on my device. I've searched through all the settings online and also on the device. I've "activated" map share and ticked the proper boxes.

Any help of ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I think there is an issue where mapshares aren't getting offered for that camper map. But call CS to get a clarification:

United States
866 486 6866
Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EDT
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EDT
