Map Share in Canada?

Hi:

Does anyone know if Mapshare is available in Canada. I have a new Tomtom One 3rd Edition. I've downloaded all the latest maps and software but still cannot get Mapshare to show up on my device? Is it not available in Canada? Is my owning a Mac an issue? Or what am I doing wrong?

First, you have to indicate (on your unit) that you wish to have the Mapshare feature functionning. Then, when you connect your unit to the computer, the Home program will recognize that you want Mapshare. Whenever there are verified map changes to be applied, they will be downloaded as updates.
