Map Question

I have a new XL-S that came with maps of the USA and Canada that were pre-installed.
I see I can download other USA maps and I'm wondering if there is any advantage to these maps.

Does the NA map or the USA regional maps contain info that my pre-installed maps don't have?

Yes, the NA maps have more. In fact, they are approx 2x the file storage space as the USA_and_Canada maps.

Primary additions are more POI and hmore obscure roads

Thanks for that info, one more question I guess, is there a difference between
the info found in the NA map and the regional maps? I mean does the South East
region map show even more then the NA map which you said shows more than
the pre-installed map or is a regional map just a section of the NA map?
