Only one contributor here has a direct relationship with TomTom, and none of the moderators do.

It is unclear as to why Georgia (and it's two neighboring countries) are not yet included.

TomTom does indeed have a relationship with OSM, but that doesn't seem to have changed your situation.

If it's for the smartphone app, Georgia is in North America.
