Map differences

I have a TomTom GO730T with Western & Central Europe mapping, I am looking at buying the up to date map for it. As I only need UK mapping can I buy just buy the UK & ROI map which is cheaper than the direct replacement (the full Western & Central Europe version), is the UK &ROI stand alone as detailed as the Western & Central Europe version?

Check this link and it appears you could have a Western Europe map for 10 pounds more which does include UK & ROI
