Map Corrections

Hi All

I'm new to this forum so patience please.

Recent auto update to my map of Western Europe installed version 8.351. Since the update no map corrections have been available and TT say they are working on the problem, they have been 'working' for several weeks but my map will still will not update. Anyone with the same problem or how to fix?

Welcome to TTF.

8.351 is the application version, not the map version on your unit. Tap the satellite bars and you'll see the application version. Now, tap the version number and the next screen shows your map installed and its version number. What does it say? And what model do you have? 730? 930?

Think you'll find that sooner or later mapshares will again be offered. Give it a few more days.

Hi

New member here. Not new to TomTom though!

I've just purchased and downloaded the latest UK/IRL map (v860.3101) and it updated the latest mapshares. Have you tried again since?
