Manage community content

Good morning everyone.
I would like to have your advice. I have a tom go 6000 premium. After various problems synchronising ‘myfavourite places’ between the device and the PlanToms server, after searching for various solutions for a long time, the only solution that seems possible is to use a function in MYDRIVE CONNECT, i.e. ‘Manage community content’ by right-clicking on the MYDRIVE icon in the Windows notification area of my PC.
I tried following the instructions in the link https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/ar...ransferring-favourites-POIs-to-a-newer-device . Unfortunately it doesn't work because as you can see from the attached photo, when I right click on the mydrive icon there are not 4 options as indicated in the TOMTOM instructions but only 3 options. The ‘Manage community content’ option is missing. How do you think I have to do to find this 4th option ? Thank you very much , best regards.Nando

Go 6000 does not have the option to manage content, it is only for older GPS Nav 3
To add content, on GO 6000 you must do it with Plan-tomtom (Mydrive)

I have also tried via tomplans but there is no possibility. Customer service says that for privacy reasons they cannot transfer Myplace from one account to another. I'm trying every which way but it's impossible. Another way I found is to download a JSON file containing all my Myplaces from the tomplans site on my pc. So far so good but then I can't upload them to another account . If I could do that, the case would be solved!

yes , this too, but each login I enter with its own credentials and in each of these accounts has is own my places . On account A there are 1200 myfavourit and on account B only 10 . I have to get all 1200 from A to B . Only this is the solution, otherwise I have to do it manually one by one, place by place and it will take me a few months if all goes well!

do the opposite, log in to account A then add the 10 favorites to account A

yes but the account A ( the full of places) is not able to sincronize anymore with my device. So i musto transfer this 1200 from A to B . The account B works perfectly with everydevice, sincronize perfectly and fastly. I only could get a JSON file downloading it from TOMPLans account A . I opened it wit excel or block notes tooo and inside i found all my favourites well detailled. Perfect. But how bring them on the account B ?! i tried in many way, but there is not hole where i can enter in the account B and make it take them ! is a war ! but i really need to make this operation beacuse of work i use this addresses !!!
