lostmap package (8.9) for tomtom one

Hello, i have purchased a map package from tomtom web site, email recieved.
Tomtom home downloaded and thats as far as i got. Son-inlaw thought he would help and have a go and update my sat nav. I now don't have a map to down load anywhere on my computer or my sat nav.
Is there any way of contacting tomtom for another download ??Regards Steve

If the map was downloaded, it should be in compressed form here:
C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\My Documents\TomTom\HOME\Downloads\complete\maps\

Use Explorer to see if it's found there.

Also, connect to Home, Manage my device (2nd page, purple folder) Items on Device-->Maps. What does it show? As well, Items on Computer-->Maps, what's it show there?

If nothing is found in either location, then rename the folder (in red) I highlighted above and use Home to Update my Unit once more. The map, if purchased, should be offered again. Rename it to DownloadsOLD.
