lost sound on my TT1 LE

I lost all sound on me TT1 LE, but I can hear the voices in the tt Home but when i have it unplug from the PC and i try to select the voice nothing even when i try to do the alarm sounds nada i deleted everything off the TT1 and i did a back up of it b4 but still no go... and i lost the software for it as well If anyone can help me i would be very THNX!!

Did you install a firmwire that caused this or did the sounds just stop?
Try a pin reset.
