Lost connection

im doing uppdate my via 130 fore quick gps fix , and my drive drive connect say doing clear download , and waiting fore the unit say it safety to reomove the connect , so say my drive connect the unit does not responding witgh the unit, thats happening many times and reconnect the cable betwin direct connect to my computer
