Loosing GPS Sat Signal

When I sit my 730 on the docking station I have 5 bars on Signal strength. As soon as I connect to the computer and select "Operate my Go" I loose the Sat signal (0 Bars). Then when I disconnect I go back to 5 bars all the time with the 730 sitting in the docking station? Is there a reason that it will not aquire the Sat while connected thru Tom Tom home?

The number of satellite bars shown in the emulator (operate my go) is a simulation, not the real value.

I didn't know that... I guess thats why I loose all streets and info when I connect.
