Live traffic paid for bu not receiving it

It’s in built on a Mazda CX
We have an inbuilt Tom Tom navigation system and have always paid for live traffic. Duly done in September but receiving no service. Tried contacting Tom Tom by phone. No chance. Go to contact us and I am chatting to a robot that only talks in three word sentences. I am truly one fed up woman
 
Are LIVE services enabled on the GPS?
Have you checked your subscription status in my services?
Did you purchase the service through your Tomtom Home account?
Maybe resetting the default values can help.
 
Yes it was purchased as shown by my bank statement Initially it was working and then it stopped. i will have to resort to default setting. But my main gripe is lack of support from TOM TOM
 
If I understand correctly, at first the service worked and then it stopped?

If you press make contact, you should now have the option of chat, normal working hours or email.
If it is during normal working hours, a Tomtom service agent should be able to speak to you live.
 
Thank you for your help. I have just done a reset to no avail And I have the receipt of my purchase made in September
