Live services

Was just wondering if anyone else was having a problem with live services today....?????

Thank you for the response....here in Jacksonville Florida im still not getting any traffic or any google search....was just wondering if it was on my end or on the server end

It's tough to tell. I sometimes have an outage, but see no indications from others of the same problem. Others will sometimes report connection issues and mine are fine. Overall, I've found their connected services fairly reliable, but still too many times when one service or another (and sometimes any connection at all) is not available.

I could not connect to the LIVE server (from NYC) from sometime after noon until about 11:00 PM.

Damn annoying!

So far, in about a week of use, I haven't had any connection issues with the Telenav Shotgun live services. No outages noted yet. It also uses a simcard/cell service for mobile connections.

I have a subscription to the live services and only subscribed on a monthly basis to try it out....i gave my credit card info but I was just wondering, do you have to keep doing it on a monthly basis or is it automatically updated every month till you cancel the service? The reason Im asking this is that its telling me that I dont have access to live services in this area (florida) like its almost telling me that i havent gotten a subscription. My service is still not connecting to the live service and this has been like this since yesterday. I subscribed on July 7 and my free trial was over on July 9th, and has been working great until yesterday and today. Thanks for any info on this or any help that you can give.

I haven't renewed mine. I'll have to check but I think my three months should be over and still getting live services. I don't know if TomTom does an auto-renew or not if doing a monthly, haven't checked yet, but I'll betcha they do. If so, you'll be billedfor another month before you can get it cancelled. BTW, for those that don't know, there's no monetary benefit to doing an annual rather than monthly subscription. Actually pennies less to subcribe by the month.
