Hello all;
It's that time for a new GPS. I am on my 6th Garmin but I think it's time to change.
I cannot believe with all the GPS out on the market place there is not one unit that does everything. Hence the need for these support forums
What I really want is a GPS for the motorcycle but TT has stopped making the rider series and the garmin unit is to expensive compared to the automotive versions.
I am looking at the TT GO 2535-M
It comes with lifetime maps but not lifetime traffic.
How are the maps transferred? Is it by computer?
Also how much does the live services cost after the one year?
The one thing I really like with the Garmin is their Mapsource software which allows me to map my own routes and then load the route to the GPS. Additionally on the GPS unit itself you could tell it what areas to avoid ie NYC, or other major cities. Does the TT have these attributes?
I appreciate any feed back you can provide
