TT support told me they were going to credit my account for LIVE services that were unusable due to defective units and the problems with the latest map and software snafus. I just received my latest credit card bill and was charged for LIVE services twice in August for $9.95. Orders I didn't place and one of which doesn't show on their server under 'My orders'. Anyone else had a similar experience?

Just home from road trip, checked my bank and only ONE $9.95 charge has appeared (8/2/10) and my TT740TM Live shows subscription ends 10/27/10. I would expect the next recurring $9.95 charge to appear in Sep.

So, I have so far NO biling issues. But, because of your experience (thanks for alerting us all) I will pay particular attention the rest of this month and into September.
 
TT support asked for a copy of my credit card statement with the double charges, as they only had a record for one charge. They are supposed to review and credit my card for the double charge. Time will tell.
