 In one of your answers you mentioned you can use Explorer to move back to Internal all folders (and loose files) from the SDHC external memory leaving only the map(s).
I would really appreciate your knowledge explain the procedure in a step by step method. I understand about accessing the folders and loose files but how do you physically take these folders and files and actually get them onto the internal of my TT GO 630? You've helped me in the past on how to move my map to the SDHC but I'm unsure on how to access my internal and drag the files and folders back to that area.
My difficulty is the physical interaction between the Explorer info on the computer and physically getting it on my TT internal memory. Thanks for the time you may have to invest in a step by step answer !

If you look carefully at My Computer, you will see 2 'external disk drives' associated with your TomTom. One represents the internal memory, and the other represents the SD card. Moving, copying and deleting files on those two 'drives' is no different that moving, copying or deleting files from any other drive on your PC -- except for being a good bit slower:eek:, which becomes obvious when you start to move large files around.

If you are familiar at all with "drag and drop" or any of the other techniques for shuffling files around with Windows, it's the same for the files on your TomTom and PC.

One thing that I do that drives some of my co-workers nuts is to have all windows open separately. That means I can have a window open for one drive and a separate window open for another drive -- in this case, the two "drives" of my TomTom. I can then move things back and forth between them without using the paragraph structured arrangement presented by Explorer if you use the "right click" "Explore" method. All just a matter of taste.
