Latitude, Longitude

Hello everyone, hope your doing well. We are going on a camping trip I have the Latitude and Longitude here it is:

N51 48.654 W100 53.781

How would you enter this into your TomTom ONE XL ? Here is what I am doing?

(1) click on screen and click on Navigate to
(2) Goto Latitude, Longitude
(3) First screen is Latitude I enter N51 but there is no space to add 48.654 if I enter N51 48.654 it gives me a error

Should I be entering:

Latitude: N48.654
Longitude: W53.781 for it to work

I guess my question is what is the right way of entering these?

Up near Winnipeg?

N51 48.654 put in as N51.48654

W100 53.781 put in as W100.53781

This is with Coordinate preference settings set for Minutes (under Preferences-->Set Units)

Yes actually it should be Duck Mountain Provincial Park Manitoba but yes up near Winnipeg.
