Latest Map Deletes NA?

Just got a One SL S and had it working. Then went to TTHome/Tools/Use latest map guarantee and followed instructions and downloaded. Download took several hours on a DLS line. Then the only current locations available are in Guam. Used Preferences/Change Maps and Guam is the only option. After reading a different thread I expected a North America option. Before I restore the back up I made yesterday and live with an old map:

1. Can I get the latest map and have USA streets usable?

Call support, maby they will just send you a cd of the map you need.

Thanks. I turned off all power saving and screen saver and tried again. It took about 6 hours, but it did succeed. This caused me to run speed tests on my connection and found I am getting only about 220 kbs. I'm dumping Qwest in a month, so won't spend the time to troubleshoot that.
