Keyboard crazy

Hi, I just got a Tomtom GO 730 about four days ago and we have used it everyday. I just connected my husband's cell phone to use the bluetooth with it yesterday and that is nice.

Anyways this morning, I turned it on and tried to type a new address in and the keyboard started acting crazy, I'd touch Y and it would type Z and it did that in each line of letters, I'd touch a letter and the one to the right would be activated....

Anyone fix this or should I return today? We are moving out of state on Sat. and I am leaning towards just returning it today rather than bringing a screwy device1000 miles away and having to return it there...

By the way, I reset the factory setting and it didn't help the problem.

I have seen that problem before but forget how it got resolved by the user. Try the Clear Flash tool located here: http://www.tomtom.com/support/index.php?FID=6211&Lid=4&nostat=1

If that doesn't work, try a pin reset with a paperclip and if that doesn't work, I guess you have to call Support.

Actually, it is still not working right, it's going back to the store. Oh well, I need to research more I think before buying another GPS...I don't have the NRG to mess around with fixing it.
