Keep losing Favorites with my ONE, 3rd Edition

Hello -

Every map update to my TomTom ONE 3rd Edition blows away my Home info and my favorites. The FAQ on this topic doesn't seem to apply to a ONE 3rd Ed, in that I can't seem to make personal POIs. Is there a fix or workaround?

Annoying, eh?

If you copy the mapsettings.cfg file from a backed up map to the new map folder on the device, you should find them returned.

Many convert favourites to a custom ov2 file instead. These custom files tend not to get blown away......

What's the difficulty you are having making your own POIs?

Do you not have a "Manage POIs" section in the Preferences menu?
