Just bought a TT Rider 500 and cant connect to my Android phone.

On my TT Rider 500 my phone appears on list of connected devices, but is not connected!!!!!!!

Also, in MyDrive within the TT Rider 500 I cannot log in to my account despite using the same email and password that allows me to log in on my phone!!!!!

Any ideas, folks?

My problem was caused by me being able to connect to a spurious WIFI signal!!!!! I have now sorted the issue.
