I've lost A LOT of routes :_(

I've been using TomTom to design and save my routes a lot of years and lately, I don't know when, but I've lost A LOT OF THEM

I had all my routes well organized by name, year, etc. Some days ago I login to my account in my mobile phone and I didn't see a lot of them, but I though it was a "mobile" error. But no, in web browser they doesn't exist too.
Is there any option to recover them? When two versions (new and old) coexisted, the routes were there. I don't know exactly when they dissapeared...

Plan-tomtom (or Mydrive) saves the routes and your places that are on your GPS. If you delete them on your GPS automatically, they are also deleted on your Plan-Tomtom account.

Question: did you delete them on the GPS?

And no, there is no option to recover them.

No, I haven't do anything on GPS (I'm sure, I always have had a lot of care with my preciated routes). What's more, I haven't used the GPS I have (TomTom Rider) in a long time. Lately I only use the TomTom Go app with Android Auto, both in the car and on the motorcycle. I use TomTom Planer sometimes in web browser and sometimes in the mobile phone.

So there is no way to recover anything, right? That is catastrophic for me
