Howdy.
I'm planning a road trip from New York City to Los Angeles and looking for interesting stops along the way. We're not in a huge rush, nor do we want to take forever to get there. We know for sure that we'd like to visit the Grand Canyon, eat some great food, see some unusual/beautiful/amazing sights, maybe go spelunking, and are partial to the Northern part of the country (but happy to venture South for impressive POI's).
So I've got 2 questions, one technical, and one personal:
1. How to plan an itinerary on a Mac (OS 10.4.10), TT Home 1.5?
- I know I can't use Tyre or any of the PC-only apps, and the Houghi Google/TT url link seems very complicated. Is there another,user-friendly way to accomplish this on a mac?
2. What are you POI suggestions for the trip?
- Favorite diner? World's largest pumpkin? Carhenge? Maybe you've even got a sample itinerary?! We've never done this before and are open to anything safe and interesting on the road.
Thanks in advance for your help and ideas,
