I am a real estate appraiser and travel to 3-6 homes every day, inspecting them from the exterior to get an idea of their condition. Rather than plotting out the most efficient way on a paper map I need TomTom to get me to these properties in the most efficient way so I'm not backtracking or going all across town only to go back the other way.

Do any of you know a way to do this? Thanks, Todd

TomTom is not capable of doing that; however there are options (Using Google maps in conjunction with itinerary creating is a possibility). I am user more knowledgeable users will jump in with better suggestions and 3rd party apps that will do what you (and many others!) want.

TT won't do it. You need route optimization software. Do and internet search and you can find software.

Here's an idea. Save your daily destinations as POIs. (You will have to create a POI category first).

You punch it the addresses you wish to visit. After a route is calculated, press 'Details'. Tap on to the blue cursor, then on the blue symbol on the bottom row. This gives you the option to save the point as a POI.

When you browse the map, they will all be displayed. Zoom in and out to get them all on the screen. Then, using your head, decide your route. Just navigate to each POI one after the other.

At the end of the day, delete them and repeat the exercise the next day. It should really only take 5 minutes to set it up.
