For the first time in a couple of months I plugged my TomTom One 3rd Edition into the computer to update mapshare and GPS corrections and low and behold, the "Operate My Device" option was WORKING! I was able to do everything I can do on the TomTom right through TomTom HOME (v.2.3.1.4 for Mac). So I tried sending directions from Google Maps and IT WORKED TOO!

First, make sure your TomTom is plugged into your Mac and TomTom Home is running. Then follow the directions located HERE.
Although the directions say "Business," it also works for residential addresses. Just remember to save it to favorites or it won't be there when you disconnect your TomTom from your Mac and restart your TomTom.
