Is there a record of a trip I can export?

I am used to having a GPS use Delorme or Microsoft software and the Tomtom GO 720 seems to use neither. Does the GO720 keep track of a route just driven or an itinerary or a planned route in such a format that I could export it and print it?

I already learned here how to use google maps and a web site to export an itinerary. Thanks for that help. I'd like to sort of reverse the process.

TomTom devices running Navcore version 6 can still use Tripmaster to record a route for exporting for use with GPS visualizer but as of right now, there is no way to run Tripmaster on the 720. TomTom has stopped providing a software development kit that can be used with their new software so things aren't looking so good for Tripmaster. Hopefully some kind of solution will appear since I thought this was pretty handy to be able to do. Lot of users played around with their units without any previous knowledge. Kill them and return them to the stores. Maybe that pissed off TomTom and they wanted to put a clamp on that.
