Is data transfer possible?

My family has two GO 620's, so I was wondering if there was a way to transfer routes from one device to another, other than creating them in a third-party app (such as ITN Converter). I'm wondering if this could be possible by signing in to each device using the same TomTom account? Is that permitted and if so, would I be right in thinking that would be a way of keeping both devices synchronised?

To transfer routes from one device to another, there is no problem in having multiple GPS devices connected to a single Tomtom account.

OK, so I signed out of my wife's account that I created to set up her device, but I don't see any option to sign into a different account. Does that require a factory reset or is there another way to do it?

You need to do a factory reset and then log in with the new account credentials.
