ipod hookup to 740

how do I connect my ipod to my 740?

Move to the UK where they actually sell the docks that work with these things. Seriously. Only due to the kindness of a fellow moderator in the UK was I able to obtain a dock that had the 1/8" audio out jack on it (not for iPod, of course, but you get the point).

If you can get TomTom to ship you one of these

that would solve the problem... only now they don't seem to be available in the UK, either.

Why the audio support for the 740 is nil here in the U.S. is something I certainly haven't been able to figure out. They just don't sell the docks that support it.
