IPhone no GPS fix - help

Hi, I just purchased the TomTom App for Hong Kong. However, I get the error "There is no GPS fix. Would you like to use your last known location". The GPS is working for my Google maps on my 3GS 3.1.3 an Location Services is switched on.

Please help.

I am having the same problem. I have the 4.0 release (upgraded from 3.1.3).
Just bought the Tom Tom car kit and totally upset. Keeps searching for GPS. Not sure what is wrong. Got it out of the car as well and waited for almost 30 mins. All kinds of reboots etc. Nothing seems to work. Please advise.

Go to settings
Then to location services
Slide down to TomTom
Turn it on for the TomTom application

Same as DavidAlan99:
Location Service shows status ON under General Settings does not means Tomtom location service is ON. You need to select Location Service then find option Tomtom (problably at bottom of all options) select ON. It took me days to find the problem.
