iPhone app and a multi stop advanced plan/route

I love my Tom Tom app! Here's my problem. Each week I have a multiple stop route that I plan on mapquest. I would like to import that into my Tom Tom app so I get voice instruction. Or I'd like to plan it in advance in the Tom Tom app. I have up to 26 stops on the route. Is something like this possible? When I tried advanced planning it only lets me enter one stop on a route.
