iphone 3gs to iphone 4 upgrade

can i update to the new iphone 4 and sync it with itunes and get my tom tom software or am i stuffed and cant use tom tom any more? pls help
i have a 3gs currently and want to update to iphone 4

As long as you sync the new iPhone to the same iTunes account that your old iPhone was using all the software you had for the the old unit will be available for the new one - Mike
