i have a XL330-S and when i am on a interstate it keeps wanting me to get off at a exit and then go straight ahead and get back on the interstate. what is causing this,is it a setting in am using ?? THANKS

Could be a few reasons. First with IQ routing according to the time of the day and the day of the week it might take you off and on because of traffic in a section of the road. Also if you have traffic service, this also may occur IQ routing occurs when in preferences, you choose the fastest route. You could turn this off but it really works well. . Anyway good luck. The 330 doesn't have IQroutes. So it uses "road class" to figure out which road to take. Sometimes the onramps are wider and thus put into a larger road class, or they are shorter by a few feet. Either issue would cause a 330 to take the exit.

This usually doesn't happen on IQroutes devices.

It it's an area you use often, you can use mapshare to change the turn restriction from the offramp and prevent it from going straight to the onramp.

You may want to try that out in HOME simulation or on a known short local route as it will zig-zag you through all little streets with millions of stop signs (exaggeration, only hundreds of thousand!) to save a few feet.
