I?m using TT Traffic via TT PLUS Service on GO 920 via Bluetooth (devices: GO920 with BB-8800) and it?s almost impossible to get Traffic updates for 30mins straight on any given commute trip in the last two weeks, the live traffic update with Traffic delay Icons comes on and off intermittently.
I?m tired of calling Tom Tom support on a daily basis for same issue while they are either not sure; blame weather conditions or report wrong issue on their system which can take me another half hour to clarify to next support Rep on next day call-in and on and on.
Is anyone using the PLUS Service (with cell phone) experiencing similar issue with Live Traffic update especially in the California/west coast region?
Please advice of any alternative suggestion on how to overcome this issue?.thanks
