Instinct phone

I just got a Instinct phone and I can't get the bluetooth to work. The phone finds the 720 go just fine but for some reason I can't get them to hook up.
Has anyone else had a problem with the new Instinct phone? When they are trying my phone will say transmitting as a data modem. Any help would
be appreciated.

You need to have the TomTom find the phone, not the other way around, for some reason..
