Impossible to restart my Pro 7100

Hello

I did not use my Tomtom Pro 7100 for long time
SN LH6081K01043

I linked it to my laptop and to Mydrive
GPS went alive immediately and I heard the small Hello music

Mydrive found it immediately although I didn't give him a visite for a long time
Mydrive found that I needed 4 updates, wich i did
Mydrive also told me that I could buy new maps. Wich I did too

After I had paid the GPS went alsleep; and since then impossible to wake him up again

So I charged it 3 hours home with a cell phone charger
Got the small orange light in the upper left corner
I pushed on the orange button more than a minute : nothing

Impossible to use another cable, the original one is linked to the "window station"
Impossible to use it without the "window station" there is not space for the cable on the GPS

Linked it to my laptop, green light, again button more than a minute : nothing

Help desk could not help me

Would someone have an idea?
Don't care about a factory reset or hard reboot

He woke up
Got the music
Got my basic screen
And ..... got this ?? See picture

But he moves non stop from this screen, to the Tomtom Logo ant to my front basic screen

And I don't see it on MyDrive
