Impossible to download map of the costa rica

Hello, we just bought the world map for a tomtom fu6221g04636 as it specifies they have 98% roads of costa rica and when we try to download it on the device they don't propose any maps of the costa rica on the app my drive connect. Is tere a way to fix this? If not we just spend 50 for nothing...

It seems to me that the Costa Rica map is part of the "Canada and Mexico" zone so it needs to be checked and installed.

What model of GPS do you have exactly?
