Just recently purchased a 920t and like an idiot started erasing stuff like the map of europe...to make some room for other other stuff. Well now I can't get it back. My question is this....Is there a way to completely wipe out my memory and reboot to factory setting and installs?

Also when I am managing my TomTom...it says I have 3000MB used memory but when I add up all my installs, I have less than 2000MB. Can anyone tell me why?

Much appreciated.

If you did not make a backup, then you indeed have a problem. Restoring to factory settings does not retrieve a map.

You'll have to call support at 866-486-6866 to sort this out and ask that they add the map back to your account for downloading.

An unsupported wild guess. Maybe the map is still there but not Windows readable.
Try to use the Latest Map Guarantee, just for the heck.

If no results, the only sensible course of action is to follow dhn's advise.

I've used the map guarantee, and it says that I have it on my computer, but when I try to put it back on my device, it says I don't have the space. Again when I add up all my device installs, I don't have anywhere close to full memory...it's as if it's still on my device but I just can't find it.
