i Phones and Tom tom

Hi everyone! Could I ask for some help please. I am trying to use my Tom Tom as a hands free phone. I have paired them ( with difficulty ) but i cannot make calls or recieve them. I have imported my address book but when I try to use a number, it just says call failure on the i phone. Also when I call from the i phone it says the same. I have the latest sofware on my tom tom

It's the first I've heard of this problem, and a lot of people have iPhones and don't report problems.

Did you set up the iPhone as discoverable, and have the Tomtom search for it and connect to it? Have you tried a pin reset on the Tomtom?

What model Tomtom do you have?

Hey, I'm currently doing some work with TomTom and while I don't know the answer to this question I can point you in the right direction if you are still having issues. Try contacting TomTom customer support here or by calling 866-486-6866. Additionally, if you are on Twitter you can try contacting Club TomTom, they are usually pretty quick to respond.
