I lost password to my TT Bridge device.

hi. a few years ago I was given a TomTom Bridge as a gift. I haven't used it many times but now I'm starting a job as a truck driver. The problem is that I don't remember the password I set and I can only use the USER account with restrictions. I cannot install applications and manage the device. is there any option to recover the administrator account or reset the device?
I tried to get help on official TomTom forum but he said that i need to contact with different team who handle TT Bridge. I cannot find any contact.

Unfortunately, TomTom sold the whole fleet product line to Bridgestone a while back, so getting answers isn't nearly as easy as it used to be. Is your device running TomTom or Webfleet software?

Yes. MyDrive works. The computer also detects the device as a hard drive.

If I click the owner, it takes me to the start menu. Where I choose the user after starting the device. There you have to enter a password that I forgot.

I read on the TT website that the reset.img file could help. I would have to send some MUID number to handle TT, but there is no email contact.

Where I can find MUID number? On the sticker on device? Should be same as on the box, right?

The "MUID" number is the serial number of the device. There should be a small sticker on the bottom of the device with the serial number. It will probably start with OC, OE, OG, or OJ, though I don't know if I have all of the prefixes for the European models.

As I say, the whole division was sold off to Bridgestone and is now sold under the Webfleet banner.
