I was using my new TomTom Go720 today on a trip that is familiar to me.. just to try it out. When I started up the device, it immediately recognized my bluetooth phone, and connected, and told me the first 3 turns I needed to make. However, I got a phone call, and I couldn't answer, or hear the caller, even though my phone said I had a connection with the caller. Then, I attempted to call them back (all the while trying to drive - not a good idea...) and I lost my VOICES! I was getting NO voice direction for my turns. Thankfully, I knew where I was going. Looking at the progress of the trip on my map - another bad idea while driving - I know that the device did have the correct route. I had to disconnect my bluetooth in order to get the voice back. Any suggestions???
