I can't seem to get much help to my Questions on my rider2 The mount has electricity to it but not to the unit. I'm not sure how I contact Tomtom about this problem.

You can contact them 2 ways. If you log into Tomtom.com you can report the issue via the web or you can call the 800 number and report to a real person.

I've not even got to use my Rider 2nd edition yet.
