How to swap screen on TT1?

I was wondering if anyone has had to swap the screen on their TomTom One. I have taken it mostly apart but can not figure out how to get the screen out of the surround piece. Any help would be appreciated.

Try a search on Google or Yahoo. Good luck! I have only done so on a Plam hendheld and you have to use heat, a hair dryer, to remove it. The instruction cautioned a dozen times that one wrong move and the unit was history. I about went uts till I was done.

PLEASE . . . DO NOT TRY THIS UNTIL YOU FIND OUT FOR SURE 100% THAT IS WHAT IS REQUIRED ! ! !

Thanks for the warnings. I'm tryin to do a custom, permanent, install on my motocycle so I need to remove the screen from the surrounding to mount it. I'll be reusing the same screen. I'll be more than careful!
