How to reset

Is it possible to totally reset unit? Entered home address incorrectly and cannot change it.
Tried the soft reset with no help.

What device have you got? Go to change preferences/ Restore factory defaults, if you can't find that option and only three or four pages of options in change preferences make sure Show all menu items is enabled the look for restore factory defaults again - Mike

I guess you do not have a change home location button on page 2 or 3. you should be able to do what you want.
