I have a GO 630 originally bought with maps of Western Europe

I live in Denmark, and now I am going on a trip to Poland

Therefore I have bought maps of Eastern Europe

But how do I plan a route from Denmark to Poland?

I have to select either Western European map or Eastern European map

When I select Western European map I can't select any destination i Poland

And when I select Eastern European map no route is planned. Instead an error message is shown:

"No usable location near GPS postion"

What am I doing wrong?

You can't route across maps with Tomtom. You have to buy the seamless Western&Central Europe map to accomplish your trip.

Your best bet is to plan the route on google maps. Then save an itinerary from Denmark to the border of the western map. Once crossing the border switch to the eastern map and route to your destination.

Perhaps (doubtful), you could call Tomtom support and sweet talk a rep into giving you credit on the central europe map if you buy the "western&central europe" map.
